Privacy policy

In short: this website sets no cookies, does not track its audience and has no forms. The demo runs in your browser and sends nothing. We only receive what you give us when you book a demo.
1. Who is responsible for your data

Andorra benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission. As this website is also aimed at people located in the European Union, we apply the GDPR.
2. What we collect
- On the website: nothing. No account, no form, no payment, no audience measurement, no advertising, no cookies. Fonts and scripts are served by the website itself, with no third-party service.
- If you book a demo: the "Book a demo" button opens our calendar on iClosed. There you enter your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the booking questions. This data is processed by iClosed and then passed on to us, so that we can prepare and hold the meeting.
- If you write to us (email, WhatsApp): your contact details and the content of your messages, so that we can reply.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records the requests it receives (IP address, date, page requested, browser), for security and to keep the service running properly.

4. Who else sees this data
We neither sell nor rent your data.

5. How long we keep it
- Meetings and exchanges: three years from our last contact, after which the data is deleted. If we work together, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and in line with accounting obligations.
- Technical logs: the period applied by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or restricted, to object to its processing and to receive it in a reusable format. Write to jerome@edenio.io: we reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA) or, if you reside in the European Union, with the authority in your country: in France, the CNIL.
7. Changes
We update this page when our tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
